The Managing Attorney
Attorney Gabriela "Gabbie" Bonilla has been practicing law since 2017, and for her, it’s more than a profession—it’s a calling. As Managing Partner at Bonilla Law, she brings heart, empathy, and a fierce dedication to helping families navigate some of life’s most challenging chapters.
Before founding Bonilla Law in 2021, Gabbie’s legal journey began in public service. She started as a prosecutor, then became a legal aid attorney, where she developed a compassionate and people-first approach to family law. Her ability to blend empathy with sharp legal skill is what sets her apart.
Born and raised in Miami, Gabbie is a first-generation Venezuelan American and fluent in Spanish. She made Orlando her home after graduating from Barry University School of Law in 2016. Since then, she has served clients across Central Florida—including Orange, Osceola, Lake, Seminole, Volusia, Polk, Brevard, and Sumter counties—with unwavering care and commitment.
Gabbie understands that during a divorce or custody battle, it’s easy to lose sight of the big picture. She guides clients back to what matters most—family, healing, and the future. Her passion for family law is deeply personal.
"My parents divorced when I was a teen. I’m also a survivor of childhood abuse and grew up in a household affected by substance misuse," Gabbie shares. "Those experiences shaped who I am—and how I advocate. They fuel my commitment to be a steady, compassionate presence for my clients."

Gabbie believes that hiring an attorney shouldn’t feel intimidating or out of reach. “My capacity for empathy allows me to connect with my clients, to really listen. I don’t shy away from the emotion that comes with family conflict—I lean into it so we can get to the heart of the matter and start moving forward.”
While the legal world isn’t always glamorous, for Gabbie, it’s a labor of love. She’s here to help families find resolution, rebuild, and regain peace—one case at a time.

Paralegal
Franchesca is a dedicated paralegal with a strong background in family law and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and gained valuable experience at Morgan & Morgan and Colling, Gilbert, Wright & Carter. A Florida Registered Paralegal and member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Franchesca brings extensive expertise and unwavering commitment to supporting clients during challenging legal situations.
Ana Aguilar
Receptionist
Ana is a highly skilled administrator with a passion for optimizing processes and improving customer experiences. With experience in business administration, travel, and customer relations, she has successfully led teams, implemented CRM systems, and streamlined operations to enhance efficiency. She finds fulfillment in creating structure and enjoys making things run more smoothly. In her free time, Anne is learning to knit, loves watching movies and series, and enjoys tamales.
Gabe Malespin
Legal Assistant
Gabe transitioned from a career in IT to law, bringing his analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to the legal field. He enjoys dissecting complex legal challenges much like he once troubleshot computer systems. A passionate gamer, he believes video games offer powerful storytelling experiences, much like books and films. His background in IT has given him a strong foundation for understanding legal structures, and he thrives on the intellectual challenge that both fields share.
Juan Pablo San Miguel
Billing Assistant
Juan's keen attention to detail and numbers makes him a valuable asset in supporting legal operations. He was drawn to the legal field for the opportunity to work alongside attorneys and expand his knowledge. Outside of work, Juan enjoys playing guitar, basketball, and going out with friends. A fun fact about him—he never misses his Sunday tradition of ordering ice cream.
Francys Perez Mora
Client & Business Relationship Associate
Originally from Venezuela, Francys is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of clients. With a law degree and over seven years of experience, she transitioned from legal practice into sales, business development, and customer experience. Her passion for helping families through the legal system drives her work every day. Outside of the office, she enjoys yoga, meditation, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
Rowella Bautista
Administrative & Marketing Assistant
Rowella has over twelve years of experience in the marketing field. As a new mother, she has developed an even deeper appreciation for the importance of family, which fuels her dedication to the work she does. With a background in marketing, she is committed to growing the firm’s reach, ensuring that more families have access to compassionate and skilled legal support. Her goal is to help connect people with a law firm that truly advocates for them, providing guidance and care when they need it most. Outside of work, Rowella enjoys cooking and is a proud Swiftie.
